The Adriano
The Adriano is a fairly simple soccer trick that's used to evade an opponent. Most players can execute it without practice, but to apply it in a match is more difficult.
The Adriano should be used when your opponent attempts to steal the ball. If you do this correct, you'll lose your opponent.
Tips and Advices
Practice the little jump in step 2 to find out how far you need to put your standing leg forward.
Don't push the ball too much to the outside in step 3. This would make it harder to control the ball or continue to dribble.
Don't start the Adriano when the ball is too close to your standing leg. You wouldn't get the ball around fast enough.
In Steps
Use the Adriano when your opponent makes an attempt to steal the ball from you.
Step 1
Put the sole of your dominant leg on the ball.
Step 2
Pull the ball back. While doing this, jump a little forward with your standing leg.
Step 3
Push the ball forward again with the inside of your dominant foot. The ball should go past the opposite side of your standing leg than it came from.
